Mike Kleinstub started MK Consulting, LLC in 2006 after more than 2 years as an private Real Estate investor. As MK Consulting, LLC has grown Realtors, Brokers and Investors have asked us to step in on situations where they are having no luck with the lender. We have regularly completed shortsales when there was little or no hope of getting to the closing table. MK Consulting, LLC has the ability to speak to the people who can get things approved. Mr. Kleinstub is married and resides in Chicago, IL. He is very active in the community and has served as a high school and college baseball umpire for Texas Umpire Association. He and his wife have three cats and a great spoiled dog named Simon.

The Law Office of Chad Smith, located in Lubbock, Texas, assists in areas such as the planning and administration of wills, trusts, and estates; oil and gas law; business law and the creation of business organizations; commercial, civil, and complex litigation; and creditor collection for clients in Lubbock and throughout the state of Texas.

Chad Smith was born in Kermit, Texas in 1975, and he was raised in both the ranching and oil and gas business. After graduating from high school, Chad attended Texas Christian University where he graduated cum laude in 1997 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Chad then attended law school at Texas Tech University and graduated cum laude in 2000. Chad is a member of the Lubbock County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Federal Court in both the Northern and Western Districts of Texas. Chad Smith is not a partner of MK Consulting, LLC but is head legal counsel for all Real Estate issues.
